Meredydd Luff

Meredydd Luff cofounded Anvil, the platform for building and deploying full-stack web apps with nothing but Python. Professionally, he has a PhD in usable programming systems; personally, he learned to program with QBASIC and has worked on everything from messaging apps to the Linux kernel. However you slice it, he thinks the web is unnecessarily developer-hostile, so he set out to build a tool to make it better. The result was Anvil (https://anvil.works), where anyone who writes Python can build and deploy a useful web application.
